Logistics Coordinator

• Handle international Air & Ocean freight movements for both export and import
• Quote and coordinate shipments of all transport modes (Air, Ocean, Courier, Trucking and Intermodal Service)
• Track daily Air, Ocean, and Trucking movements for inbound and outbound deliveries
• Dispatch outbound shipments, acting as a liaison between customers and truck operators
• Report daily operational activities to the Logistics Manager
• Manage office administration tasks such as invoicing, expensing, and payment planning
• Perform other ad-hoc responsibilities as requested by management

• Degree or diploma in Business, Supply Chain, Administration, or a related field is preferred
• 1+ years of relevant experience in logistics is preferred
• Ability to analyze and present numerical data in tables, spreadsheets, and forms
• Knowledge of accepted accounting principles is preferred
• Meticulous attention to detail with numbers
• Demonstrated time management skills
• Ability to prioritize and manage conflicting demands
• High level of integrity and a strong work ethic
• Fluency in both English and Korean is an asset
