This role is responsible for identifying, analyzing, and resolving operational issues within the logistics process while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in supporting shipment execution, minimizing delays, and improving internal workflows. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities with urgency and professionalism.
Job Responsibility
Act as a liaison between the company and clients, providing timely and professional communication to resolve issues and enhance customer satisfaction
Coordinate and manage import/export shipment documentation within a Transportation Management System (TMS)
Prepare and provide rate proposals by gathering vendor quotes and following established pricing guidelines
Assist with sales support activities, including follow-up on quotes and providing logistics-related insights
Support onboarding of new customers and maintain accurate data within systems (e.g., CargoWise)
Identify process improvements to drive operational efficiency and reduce shipment delays
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively under pressure
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Nice to have
Experience in international logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain operations
Knowledge of Incoterms, customs regulations, and shipping documentation
3+ years of experience in international logistics
Experience working with Transportation Management Systems (TMS), preferably CargoWise
