Job Responsibility

  • Organizing day to day operations and handle all request for export shipments Exports Ocean and Air
  • Support the imports team when required
  • Taking responsibility and performing tasks related to all moves for accounts assigned to you
  • Negotiate rates and confirm details of each shipment
  • Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and carries
  • Be able to handle several projects at the same time including track and trace
  • Follow a shipment from beginning to end and ensure all paperwork is processed properly

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 year in exports logistics (ocean/air)
  • Strong customer service skills and negotiations skills
  • Passion for logistics industry
  • Organized, detail-oriented
  • Ability to work in a collaborative/team environment
