Job Description:

This Data Steward opportunity will prepare you for the next level of your career. As the Logistics Coordinator (Data Steward), you will be responsible for all shipping-related functions, including inventory management of the warehouse. You will work with leaders to assure timely and accurate loading of inbound and outbound product, as well as providing loading information and completing paperwork. You will help monitor reports to ensure product is accounted for.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor and direct order management, warehousing, shipping schedules and transportation execution to fulfill customer requirements
  • Manage warehouse inventories of all finished goods, making adjustments as needed
  • Act as functional expert for SAP EWM, providing support and training to warehouse operators as needed
  • Oversee the administrative workflow to ensure accuracy, timeliness, reliability, regulatory and standards compliance of records and reporting of finished good shipments
  • Complete assigned projects while maintaining accurate and up-to-date inventory records, ensuring efficient operations and effective resource management within the organization

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • 1+ years of inventory control and/or administrative experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, industrial, military, or related environment
