Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate Import-Export Coordinator to join a dynamic team in Chambly! Your mission will be to ensure the smooth flow of goods, manage supplier relationships, and ensure customs compliance.

Job Responsibility:

Manage the organization and supervision of international shipments and associated documentation
Ensure compliance with customs regulations
Coordinate operations with freight forwarders
Negotiate rates with carriers and evaluate transportation and customs costs
Track deliveries and determine the optimal transportation method
Identify, negotiate, and monitor contracts with our suppliers

Requirements:

Solid experience in import/export
Experience in supply management and purchasing (an asset)
Bilingualism (French and English) is a significant asset (regular contact with English-speaking suppliers)
Knowledge of HS Codes
Excellent command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
You are resourceful, autonomous, proactive, and have good organizational and negotiation skills
