Job Description:

The Solutions Consultant participates in the implementation of software solutions, advises the customer in defining his needs and ensures that the functional solution provided is adapted to them. In collaboration with the implementation teams, he or she ensures that the software package (Hardis WMS – ex Reflex) is correctly implemented in the specific context of the customer.

Job Responsibility:

  • Definition of customer needs and solution design: study the customer context
  • collect the customer’s needs
  • advise the customer
  • write general functional analyses
  • explain requirements to the production team
  • Go Live Preparation: formalize scenarios and tests
  • perform internal pre-delivery tests
  • train the customer
  • advise on methodology
  • Support during the deployment and follow-up of the client: support during acceptance tests
  • train the users
  • participate in the beginning of the solution
  • carry out functional audits
  • advise on anomalies
  • Capitalization (Sales): contribute to capitalization work
  • study functional requirements of RFPs
  • support sales team

Requirements:

  • 4 or 5 years superior degree
  • Master in Logistics appreciable
  • Extensive experience in logistics processes (Supply Chain), especially in warehouse environments
  • Functional knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) is mandatory
  • Experience in WMS/WMS implementation projects
  • Experience in consulting
  • Know how to create, manage and take care of the relationship with external customers and suppliers
  • Understand the environment and customer needs
  • Know how to influence and guide
  • Know how to lead a qualification/testing process (strategy, support)
  • Know how to lead a design process (needs definition workshop, etc)
  • Design and deliver training for users
  • Know how to structure and write professional documents (technical specifications, functional specifications, procedures, proposals, reports, etc)
  • Native Spanish mandatory
  • English indispensable
  • French appreciable

Nice to have:

  • Master in Logistics
  • Experience in WMS/WMS implementation projects
  • Experience in consulting
  • French language skills
