As a Logistics Clerk, you will be integral to keeping shipments, inventory, and documentation timely and accurate.
Job Responsibility:
Process incoming and outgoing shipments, verifying counts and paperwork
Maintain precise inventory records in company databases
Prepare shipping documentation and coordinate schedules with carriers
Track orders, communicate delays, and provide updates to internal teams
Resolve shipping errors, damaged goods claims, and liaise with vendors
Assist with cycle counts and keep warehouse areas organized
Support the logistics team with administrative tasks and special projects
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or inventory management is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office and logistics software (or ability to learn quickly)
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
High attention to detail and ability to multitask under tight deadlines
