Job Responsibility:
Coordinate inventory management, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules
Generate accurate reports using advanced Excel features such as pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis tools
Communicate with vendors, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
Maintain organized records of incoming and outgoing shipments
Assist with data entry, purchase orders, and invoice reconciliation
Support process improvement initiatives to streamline logistics workflow
Requirements:
Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or a related clerical role
Advanced Excel skills, including mastery of pivot tables and complex formulas
Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced setting
High school diploma or equivalent
