Job Description:

Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization to identify a dependable and detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to support day-to-day fulfillment and shipping operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse and distribution environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Accurately pick, prepare, and process orders using pick tickets and handheld scanners
  • Package products according to company guidelines to ensure safe and timely shipment
  • Verify product SKUs, quantities, and condition prior to shipment
  • Generate labels and prepare outbound shipments using carrier systems such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS
  • Support inventory accuracy by assisting with cycle counts and stock checks as needed
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant work area
  • Follow established warehouse procedures, safety standards, and operational policies
  • Meet daily productivity, quality, and accuracy expectations
  • Assist with additional logistics or warehouse tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, picking, packing, or shipping role preferred
  • Comfortable using barcode scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS experience a plus)
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds throughout the shift
  • Reliable attendance, punctuality, and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support overall operations
