We are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics Clerk to join our team in Jamaica, New York. This Contract to permanent position requires a strong ability to analyze shipping documents and ensure compliance with established regulations. Job Responsibility:

  • Review and verify shipping documents, including invoices and bills of lading, for compliance with regulations
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in all aspects of documentation processing
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain organized and updated records
  • Manage physical and digital files systematically for easy retrieval
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve efficient and positive outcomes
  • Adapt to shifting priorities and tasks with flexibility and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Operate office equipment such as copiers and scanners to support document management
