Job Responsibility:
Coordinate and execute shipping and receiving operations to ensure timely delivery and organization
Manage receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and answering calls professionally
Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and assisting with pre-sales activities
Maintain accurate records of accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions
Organize and track inventory to ensure proper stock levels and reporting
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline logistics processes and ensure efficiency
Utilize office software to perform administrative tasks and maintain documentation
Assist in resolving logistical issues and ensuring compliance with company procedures
Support basic accounting tasks to ensure financial accuracy and reporting
Communicate effectively with customers and vendors to address concerns and facilitate solutions
Requirements:
Previous experience in logistics or shipping and receiving operations
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively
Familiarity with accounts receivable, accounts payable, and basic accounting principles
Proficiency in using office software and managing administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
