CITB Supervisory H&S test (must be completed before start date)
Previous Supervisory Experience
SSSTS or working towards
Good IT skills
Must be able to provide a 3-year work/unemployment/education history and required vetting process in line with HPC protocols
Must be able to obtain the HPC pass

Job Responsibility

Ensuring works are completed and documentation is recorded accurately and timely
Supervise operatives ensuring they are working safely in line with RAMS, DABS and HPC processes
Delivering familiarisation and competency training, and keeping records for audit purposes
Ensuring all designated working areas are set up correctly, and kept organised, clean, tidy and free from obstruction
Carrying out quality checks on works carried out by the operatives
Providing support from an operational perspective when required

CPCS Card (Traffic Marshal) or willing to work towards

Job Responsibility

Lead a team within a dynamic construction logistics environment
Oversee the coordination and movement of permanent materials, including traffic marshalling duties
Ensure all logistical operations run smoothly and safely
Team supervision and some independent working across multiple logistics areas

Job Responsibility

Complete all daily briefings before work starts
Ensure all operatives understand their daily tasks and are aware of any new hazards within their work areas
Put the Plant Operators, Drivers and Traffic marshals to work safely and ensure they are working within WAF, RAMS, DABS and HPC processes
Supervise at loading/unloading areas ensuring they are safe and free from obstruction
Ensure plant and vehicles are fit for purpose, maintained in clean and serviceable condition
Ensure all loads are secured correctly before transporting and that receipting paperwork is in place

Play a key role in Construction Logistics Space Services ensuring that correct equipment is available and teams are following correct health, safety, environmental and quality protocols
Support the Construction Logistics Space Managers to ensure KPI's are maintained, safe system of work, DABs and day notes are delivered
