Job Description:

We’re seeking a results-driven Audit Controller to support the Shift Manager in delivering exceptional inventory accuracy and process efficiency. This role spans two key areas of audit and inbound operations. You will be responsible for stock accuracy, cycle counts, refund management, and profile planning. If you’re a detail-oriented numbers person who enjoys working with systems and Excel daily, this is a great opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced logistics environment

Job Responsibility:

  • Maintain stock accuracy and investigate stock adjustments
  • Identify, investigate and resolve out-of-stock orders
  • Control the refunds and unable to fulfil (utf) processes
  • Carry out stock movements of sending and receiving stock from Head Office
  • Champion and implement efficient stock processes
  • Coach team members to ensure excellent levels of accuracy
  • Establish and maintain constructive and collaborative relationships with key stakeholders across the business
  • Keep customer and brand focussed in your work
  • Be an ambassador for the brand and champion our Ann Summers values

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in stock inventory or auditing, ideally within a retail or multi-channel warehouse environment
  • Confident working with systems and a solid understanding of Excel
  • Highly analytical with a strong solution focused mindset
