Job Description:

To ensure all the activities related to Finished Goods dispatches and Logistics as well as coordinating for all vehicles for plant operations

Job Responsibility:

Daily planning of dispatches as per orders and Material availability
Movement of all goods through SAP
Ensure maximum load ability to optimize freight cost
Responsible for first time right dispatches
Ensure zero losses due to loading / unloading
Maintain and circulate MIS for dispatch area on daily basis as per laid down protocol
Coordinate for transit trials with plant and R&D team
Warehouse Inventory management
Budgeting and tracking cost related to area
Identification of Slow-moving items and timely communication to avoid write offs
Coordination with external stake holders
GR of all inward goods and ensure zero warehouse spillages
Imparting training to educate the employees as well as contractors for Safe Vehicle driving & Maintenance / GMP/Food Safety/FSSC22000 requirements/ FSSAI requirements/ Energy and Environment management system
Coordination with Truck Transport Union for Truck booking and other related daily works
Getting FG pricing and freight data updated in SAP for monthly PO’s
Processing the transport bills and related expenses in periodic basis

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in plant for dispatch Planning, Material Planning, Logistics Planning, SAP, Powerpoint, Excel
Graduation in relevant field
Knowledge of dispatch planning and hands on experience of dealing with Truck Union
Good leadership quality and analytical capability
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint & word
Knowledge of SAP must
Communication skills (English & Hindi)
