Job Responsibility

Log and process inbound and outbound aircraft parts and materials at the off-site location

Ensure accurate labelling and traceability of parts and supplies
Maintain up-to-date inventory records using Bombardier’s inventory management systems
Coordinate the dispatch of parts to and from the main Service Centre at Biggin Hill
Organize and store items safely and efficiently, adhering to warehouse and aviation safety protocols
Support inventory audits and stock checks to ensure data accuracy
Assist with preparing parts for scheduled maintenance and unscheduled repairs
Liaise with procurement, logistics, and maintenance teams to ensure timely availability of required components
Perform administrative tasks including data entry and documentation
