Join Our client as a Logistics and Shipping Coordinator! Are you an organised and proactive logistics whiz? Do you thrive in fast-paced environments and love coordinating exciting projects? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you! Our client is on the lookout for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support their upcoming photoshoot campaigns. This is a temporary position that starts ASAP and lasts for 6 weeks, with a competitive hourly rate of £16.50 - £18.50.

Job Responsibility

  • Coordinate logistics for June and July photoshoot campaigns
  • Arrange transport including man with a van services for props and equipment
  • Liaise with internal teams and external partners
  • Oversee collection of props from London and shipment to Cornwall shoot location
  • Support end-to-end operations at Cornwall site
  • Be central contact point for day-to-day logistics and operational queries
  • Provide admin support to wider operations team
  • Cover for team members on long-term absence
  • Proactively manage last-minute requests
  • Support logistics for events including a festival on 21st June

Requirements
