We are currently seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Logistics Lead to manage the daily operations of our logistics team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate scheduling, trailer coordination, inventory control, and seamless delivery execution. Job Responsibility

  • Lead warehouse logistics operations, including managing inbound and outbound deliveries
  • Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve shipment discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation
  • Oversee product returns and maintain delivery tracking systems
  • Manage companywide fleet operations, including preventative maintenance, compliance, repairs, and GPS monitoring
  • Ensure vehicles meet safety, registration, insurance, and DOT requirements
  • Coordinate with Operations and Scheduling teams to adjust deliveries and support business needs
  • Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related concerns and support overall warehouse security
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or fleet management
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
  • Knowledge of vehicle compliance and maintenance standards
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
