We are currently seeking a highly driven and detail-oriented Logistics Lead to manage the daily operations of our logistics team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate scheduling, trailer coordination, inventory control, and seamless delivery execution. Job Responsibility:
Lead warehouse logistics operations, including managing inbound and outbound deliveries
Partner with vendors and internal teams to resolve shipment discrepancies and ensure accurate documentation
Oversee product returns and maintain delivery tracking systems
Manage companywide fleet operations, including preventative maintenance, compliance, repairs, and GPS monitoring
Ensure vehicles meet safety, registration, insurance, and DOT requirements
Coordinate with Operations and Scheduling teams to adjust deliveries and support business needs
Serve as the main point of contact for facility-related concerns and support overall warehouse security
Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and cost control
Requirements:
Experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or fleet management
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve discrepancies
Knowledge of vehicle compliance and maintenance standards
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
