Job Responsibility

  • Answer the phone for sales requests
  • Prepare machine estimates
  • Manage the library of estimation models in OneDrive
  • Place orders for the machines during the sale
  • Update and coordinate price changes in the templates
  • Manage the shared mailbox
  • Shop/validate delivery prices with different carriers
  • Coordinate with the supplier and the client regarding deliveries and attempted dates installation
  • Coordinate subcontractors in handling for heavy equipment
  • Transport Planning: Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers while optimizing costs and timelines
  • Create the bill of lading vouchers (BOL)

Requirements

  • DES
  • DEP or DEC is an asset
  • Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
  • 3 years of experience in sales support and logistics
  • Experience in logistics with equipment
  • Excellent command of the Microsoft suite
  • Handle stress well
  • Know how to prioritize
  • Bilingual (English and French) Spoken and Written
  • Know ERP software
