Job Responsibility
Answer the phone for sales requests
Prepare machine estimates
Manage the library of estimation models in OneDrive
Place orders for the machines during the sale
Update and coordinate price changes in the templates
Manage the shared mailbox
Shop/validate delivery prices with different carriers
Coordinate with the supplier and the client regarding deliveries and attempted dates installation
Coordinate subcontractors in handling for heavy equipment
Transport Planning: Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers while optimizing costs and timelines
Create the bill of lading vouchers (BOL)
Requirements
DES
DEP or DEC is an asset
Experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment
3 years of experience in sales support and logistics
Experience in logistics with equipment
Excellent command of the Microsoft suite
Handle stress well
Know how to prioritize
Bilingual (English and French) Spoken and Written
Know ERP software
ServiCentre is a considerable asset
Good interpersonal skills
