Join Our Team as a Logistics Analyst! Are you a detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain efficiency and seamless logistics operations? We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to ensure the smooth flow of finish products and raw materials, critical to our pharmaceutical business. The position will be responsible for the global logistics flows management and execution. He/she will be developing logistic BDG consolidation, spending control and KPIs at global level supporting the logistic footprint re-design.

Job Responsibility:

  • Act as the key operational liaison with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and warehouses
  • Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (e.g. OTIF, lead times, service level, claims) to identify trends, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities
  • Conduct root cause analysis of logistics issues and propose data-driven solutions
  • Track and control transportation and warehousing costs, identifying cost-saving opportunities
  • Prepare detailed monthly/quarterly reports to support strategic decision-making
  • Coordinate with Quality Assurance to investigate recurring complaints and contribute to corrective actions
  • Lead and support continuous improvement projects and process standardization efforts
  • Collaborate with IT to implement digital tools and enhance logistics data flows

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in logistics or business analysis, preferably in the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector
  • Solid understanding of supply chain KPIs and performance metrics
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI)
  • Experience with ERP and/or WMS systems (SAP preferred)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
  • Demonstrated analytical, strategic thinking and problem solving skills
  • Experience in a GMP/GDP-compliant environment
  • Familiarity with pharmaceutical cold chain or controlled-temperature logistics
