Job Description

Join a growing operations team supporting end‑to‑end shipping, receiving, and material movement across multiple warehouse locations. This role ensures smooth transportation workflows, accurate documentation, and on‑time movement of materials and finished goods. This position is ideal for someone procative, responsive and with superb attention to detail who can work in a fast paced environment and respond to and resolve urgent logistics challenges.

Job Responsibility

  • Schedule and coordinate inbound/outbound shipments across warehouse locations
  • Maintain accurate receiving, transfer, and shipment records
  • Provide daily shipment and inventory updates to Logistics, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams
  • Verify inventory availability and prepare shipping documentation
  • Coordinate transfers between internal and 3PL warehouse locations
  • Partner with Inventory Control on local transfers and production needs
  • Investigate and update missing entries, support data accuracy and reporting
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance flow and service levels
  • Manage the scheduling platform (appointments, rules, carrier requirements)
  • Review schedule updates for inbound, outbound, and transfer activity
  • Consolidate BOLs, COAs, packing lists, and related documents in cloud storage
  • Submit equipment repair work orders
  • Assist with special shipping arrangements
  • Support reconciliation of inventory discrepancies as needed
  • Perform additional logistics tasks to support fluctuating workload

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar manufacturing, logistics, transportation, analyst and coordinator role
  • Prior experience handling invoices, freight chargebacks, insurance claims, etc., is required
  • Must have analytical skills to understand carrier shipping routes in meeting product delivery timelines and standards
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
  • Effective problem‑solving and process management skills
  • Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast‑moving environment

Nice to have

  • Experience with warehouse, logistics, or transportation operations
  • Familiarity with systems like Ross or Power BI is helpful but not required

  • Assist with raw material planning and container coordination to help maintain steady flow across inbound and outbound logistics activities
  • Respond to customer portal activity by reviewing shortages, shipment discrepancies, performance metrics, and service-related notices, then follow up as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for order clarification, shipping windows, expedited freight matters, and related customer logistics issues, documenting and monitoring resolutions
  • Monitor delivery performance results and address inaccurate ratings or freight-related charges when appropriate
  • Support annual customer documentation, freight invoice matching, physical inventory activities, and coverage for other PC&L team members when required
  • Participate in daily production meetings and weekly planning reviews while promoting compliance with quality, environmental, and workplace safety standards
