Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Logistics Analyst to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This position requires a detail-oriented individual capable of managing and validating shipment documentation, coordinating with overseas factories, and ensuring seamless logistical operations. Job Responsibility:

Collaborate with international factories to validate shipment documentation and packing lists
Ensure accuracy by cross-checking purchase orders with invoices and related records
Generate detailed invoices using QuickBooks and provide necessary documentation to customers
Maintain organized records of logistics and distribution activities
Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with all shipment requirements
Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze supply chain data
Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address logistical concerns
Monitor and report on inventory levels to support operational efficiency
Assist with troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies in shipping processes
Handle workloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoice generation and record management
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking
Ability to perform meticulous checks for accuracy and compliance
Excellent communication skills for coordinating with factories and customers
Knowledge of global logistics and distribution processes
Proven ability to handle high workloads and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on process improvement
Legally authorized to work in the United States
