This position is available at multiple locations, including Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland- Fort Belvoir, VA- Huntsville, AL- Austin, TX- Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA- Letterkenny Army Depot, PA and Lakehurst, NJ.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversees, coordinates, and manages freight, supply, and production logistics to maximize efficiency
  • Evaluates and identifies methods and procedures to optimize and streamline production processes
  • Tracks and monitors supply and delivery data
  • Performs data analysis to identify trends and maximize efficiency opportunities
  • Manages and coordinates production runs to meet optimal supply and demand needs
  • Processes and reviews, vendor invoices and freight claims to ensure cost efficiency

Requirements:

  • 5 plus years’ experience in logistics, including freight coordination, inventory tracking, and production planning
  • Strong data analysis skills to monitor delivery performance, identify trends, and improve efficiency
  • Experience with vendor coordination, invoice processing, and freight claims management

Nice to have:

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university
  • Experience with logistics or ERP systems and advanced Excel skills
  • Familiarity with DoD or government logistics processes and regulations
