The Logistics Analyst II supports day‑to‑day logistics operations while driving improvements in delivery performance, documentation accuracy, and operational efficiency. This role provides analytical insight, coordinates cross‑functional communication, and ensures compliance with global and local logistics standards.
Job Responsibility:
Analyze logistics KPIs including OTD, cost, cycle times, and exceptions
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports and support deep‑dive investigations
Use Excel, Power BI, or ERP reporting tools to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Ensure adherence to company policies, ISO standards ( RBA, audits, SOP adherence and document control)
Support internal/external audits and follow up on corrective actions
Identify gaps and propose improvements in logistics workflows, document control, and system efficiency
Develop or update SOPs, work instructions, and process documentation
Collaborate across procurement, manufacturing, warehouse, finance, and global logistics teams
Communicate status, risks, and recommended actions to stakeholders
Support root cause analysis and continuos improvement initiatives
Occasional travel to warehouses to support audits, process reviews and improvement activities
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, business, or equivalent
1-2 years relevant experience in logistics or supply chain operations
Strong analytical capability and proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Power Point, ERP system /SAP or reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
Nice to have:
Effective written and communication skills in English for coordination with global teams
Experience with Lean/Six Sigma or process improvement initiatives
