Job Responsibility:

  • Evaluate part repair/overhaul quotations from suppliers for approval, and challenge them when warranty terms, pricing, or work scope do not align with Bombardier’s expectations
  • Input and update information across various SAP transactions and reporting tools with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Support critical customer orders and ad-hoc in-service maintenance activities by expediting part reception from suppliers beyond contractual parameters (e.g., lead time)
  • Solve moderately complex problems within your area of expertise
  • Prepare and present issues, findings, and solutions to management
  • Drive daily continuous improvement initiatives, including performing root cause analysis and implementing corrective action plans to address KPIs of increasing complexity

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Operations or Business Management
  • Technical College diploma in a related field, combined with 2 to 7 years of relevant experience
  • 2–12 years of experience in a similar role
