Build your career in international logistics. At Manuchar, you play an important administrative role within our international logistics operations. From our headquarters in Antwerp, we coordinate shipments worldwide, with a strong focus on African markets. As a Logistics Administrator, you ensure the accurate and timely administrative follow-up of logistics files, from order confirmation to final delivery. You handle the administrative coordination of shipments and act as a central point of contact between internal departments and external partners such as freight forwarders, shipping lines, banks, and local agents. A core part of your role is preparing, checking, and following up on logistics and trade documentation, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and deadlines. This position is well suited to candidates who enjoy structured administrative work in a logistics or expediting environment, whether you are at the start of your career or already have a first experience.
Job Responsibility:
Administrative follow-up of sales orders from confirmation to final delivery
Preparation, verification, and follow-up of transport documents, invoices, and Letters of Credit
Close coordination with freight forwarders, transport partners, and internal stakeholders
Monitoring shipments, deadlines, and documentation accuracy
Proactively identifying and resolving administrative or documentation-related issues
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (logistics, supply chain, business, or similar)
A first experience in logistics, administration, freight forwarding, or customer service is an asset
Knowledge of shipping documents, Incoterms, or Letters of Credit is a plus
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Fluent in English with a good working knowledge of French and Dutch is a plus
Proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
Living in Antwerp or nearby is an advantage
Nice to have:
A first experience in logistics, administration, freight forwarding, or customer service
