We are looking for a proactive and detail-focused Logistics Administrator to join a modern, fast-paced office based in the heart of Kingston. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting logistics operations and make a real impact within a growing team.
Job Responsibility
Coordinate and manage daily shipping operations
Ensure accurate stock booking and maintain system records
Work closely with freight forwarders to support import and delivery processes
Prepare and raise stock and non-stock invoices
Issue delivery instructions and manage associated controls
Maintain accurate shipping records and documentation
Complete Customs and Excise documentation where required
Monitor and manage stock records, including monthly stock checks
Identify and report slow-moving or obsolete stock
Reconcile warehouse and consignment stock
Requirements
Previous experience in logistics or a similar role
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Proactive, self-motivated, and a team player
Friendly and professional approach
Nice to have
Knowledge of Incoterms
