Job Description:

This position is established in support of the Aerial Targets Program Office, PMA-208, and your duties will include assisting the Assistant Program Manager for Logistics (APML) and Product Support Manager (PSM) with the accountability and record keeping of Operating Material and Supplies (OM&S). PMA-208 provides threat representative aerial targets for fleet training and weapons systems test and evaluation and realistic decoys of strike aircraft to deceive and saturate enemy integrated air defense systems (IADS).

Job Responsibility:

  • Conduct proper management and accountability of property upon receipt, delivery, and acceptance on behalf of applicable program office
  • Ensure changes to the property records for all transactions are generated as required and retain appropriate support documentation
  • Monitor the acquisition, storage, utilization, transfer, and disposal of property
  • Identifying and properly and uniquely marking property received and/or issued, as appropriate
  • Issuing custody or similar documents for all property assigned to an individual or organization for use off base
  • Collecting and loading receipts into an approved Accountable Property System of Record, e.g., the Navy Enterprise Resource Planning system (Navy ERP)
  • Responding to reporting requirements
  • Supporting Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) efforts

Requirements:

  • BS or BA degree: Working towards Professional Logistics Certification
  • At least 10 years’ experience
  • At least six (6) years’ experience in defense life cycle (acquisition) logistics
  • US Citizenship
