Logistic Specialist I

• Track inventory levels and maintain accurate records so materials are available for repair, maintenance, and deployment work
• Receive incoming deliveries, verify shipment contents, and store items properly within designated inventory locations
• Issue parts and supplies to technicians and engineers while documenting all outbound inventory transactions
• Load, unload, and move materials safely between storage areas and operational locations as needed
• Support internal transport of parts across sites or departments to keep workstreams running without delay
• Maintain clean, orderly, and safety-focused warehouse and storage spaces in line with operational standards
• Assist with cycle counts, stock reviews, and other inventory control activities to improve material accuracy
• Work with vendors and internal partners to help resolve shipment discrepancies, returns, or reverse logistics needs

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Up to 2 years of experience in a warehouse, distribution, or logistics environment
• Ability to read instructions in English and follow established procedures with accuracy
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, Word, and Outlook for basic tracking and communication
• Able to lift and carry items weighing up to 49 pounds and assist with heavier team lifts when necessary
• Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday
• Willingness to work overtime as business demands require and to perform duties in varying noise and temperature conditions

Familiarity with inventory systems, stock control practices, or reverse logistics processes is preferred
