Job Description

Responsible for managing customer relationships and ensuring on-time, accurate order processing and delivery performance. This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction, avoiding production disruptions, and supporting continuous improvement within logistics operations.

Job Responsibility

  • Set up MRP% and source-of-supply parameters
  • Manage UNFIRM/FIRM processes within MRP
  • Review and address MRP exception messages
  • Audit supplier schedule–export exceptions
  • Monitor component shortages, including in-transit materials
  • Track materials in transit with respective carriers (standard and premium freight)
  • Analyze supplier confirmations and manage backlog
  • Monitor component shortages and coordinate directed cycle counts
  • Rationalize and optimize the production schedule
  • Issue urgent receipt notifications
  • Create and update TPAs, including dispute reviews
  • Monitor TPAs to ensure PF (Performance Factor) targets are met

Requirements

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact with customers and cross-functional teams
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Solid understanding of supply chain, logistics, and material control processes
  • Analytical, organized, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Computer literacy
  • SAP and EDI knowledge preferred
  • Capable of managing multiple priorities under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • Training or experience in SAP and EDI preferred
  • English proficiency required
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in production control, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred
