Concrete Tower's business unit is dedicated to the design, manufacturing, and installation of concrete towers for wind turbines. Job Responsibility

  • Receive materials and verify delivery documentation (delivery notes, invoices, shipment volumes)
  • Carry out physical and system-based checks to ensure accuracy, quality, and compliance of goods
  • Load and unload trucks in a safe, efficient, and compliant manner
  • Organize, monitor, and maintain comprehensive inventory records
  • Complete and update logistics control spreadsheets and reports on a daily basis
  • Support administrative logistics processes and associated documentation
  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and internal stakeholders in both German and English

Requirements

  • Completed secondary education
  • a technical qualification in Logistics is an advantage
  • Previous experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain operations
  • Confident handling of Excel and/or ERP systems
  • Fluent in English
  • German at a working proficiency level (B2+) is a plus
  • Basic understanding of safety regulations and operational procedures
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Structured, process‑oriented, and reliable working style
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to work effectively in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment
