Job Responsibility

Provide wheelchair service for disabled and/or handicapped passengers
Provide arm assistance to blind individuals to and from the trains
Conversant with the procedure governing the issuance of Red Cap Check NRPC Form 313
Cover planned and unplanned time off in the absence of other team members
Be willing to work any shift/schedule, including days, afternoons, evenings, holidays and weekends
