The Opportunity: We are looking for a logistic minded person who will together with the other Logistic Assistants and Coordinators work with supporting our client`s Mölndal operations by managing the logistics and manual restocking the products, by managing the logistic from or stockroom storage out to the different labs onsite. The position is to backup a remaining parental substitute for 6 months, shortest- The assistant receives customer request via established systems and delivers according to agreement. The assistant is managing the small storages out in the labs Point of Use (the storage space for the different buildings) and see to that all necessary consumables are refilled as expected. Job Responsibility

  • Receive deliveries physically and within the administration tool
  • Go out to the respective Point of Uses to scan what is needed to be restocked for ongoing operations and work
  • Place and pick products from shelves in the Master Stockroom
  • Bring products to the customers delivery point, usually on foot and with delivery carts
  • Unload incoming pallets and restock the Stockroom Storage Space
  • Be part of an upcoming move and reorganizing building project, where we will move our current storage space into a more gathered area than before
  • Set up new and manage existing Point of Uses in collaboration with Logistic Coordinator, when needed be
  • Support customer with Ad Hoc requisitions, other Business as Usual tasks that can occur
  • Comply with health, safety and environmental requirements as defined in working instructions, in SOPs and communicated through education

Requirements

  • High school degree
  • Knowledge of warehouse logistics
  • Knowledge about laboratory products and environment is preferred
  • Proficient in Swedish and English language
  • Knowledge of MS Office
  • Experience from handling manual forklift is an advantage but not needed
  • Hard work mindset and an eye for improvements, is a plus
  • Social skills
  • Self-driven and structured with good time management skills
  • Service minded attitude towards internal and external customers
  • Flexible and solution-oriented
  • Neat and orderly with a high regard for safety
