Drive demand through effective merchandising, delivering business objectives and supporting creative concepts and merchandise stories
Create web shops and homepages to test and move forward with best practices to drive sales and conversion results
Build email cadence with compelling stories and product to support traffic and conversion goals
Partner with merchants in supporting merchandising stories and investments, to enhance web and email experience
Create the direct e-commerce merchandising strategy to achieve and exceed e-commerce and Talbot’s acquisition and retention goals
Use partnerships to enhance exposure to these businesses

Work closely with HR, Payroll, Finance, and business partners to resolve data issues and clarify requested changes
