Job Description:

Vivid Resourcing are currently working with a firm in West Yorkshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Probate Solicitor on a locum basis for an initial 3-month contract. This is an excellent opportunity for a specialist private client professional with a strong background in contentious matters to join a well-established team and provide support during a busy period.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handling a caseload of Contentious Probate matters
  • Advising on Contentious Court of Protection cases
  • Providing expert support on complex private client disputes
  • Working closely with the wider legal team on ongoing matters

Requirements:

  • Significant experience managing contentious probate and court of protection matters independently
  • strong background in contentious matters
  • specialist private client professional
