Job Description:

Join our team as a Locum Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of patients with minor ailments, hypertension, and those requiring medication reviews. Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Create and implement personalised care plans

Requirements:

A current and valid GPhC registration
Previous experience in a primary care setting
Proficiency in EMIS and SystmOne clinical systems

The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
