Job Description:

Join our NHS client’s team as a Locum Pharmacist to improve the lives of hospital inpatients. This role covers both medical and surgical wards and includes some inpatient dispensary work. Flexible working position, requiring availability from Monday to Friday, 4–5 days per week (9am – 5pm).

Job Responsibility:

  • perform comprehensive patient assessments
  • create and implement personalised care plans
  • deliver evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
  • collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic care
  • maintain accurate patient records

Requirements:

  • a current and valid GPhC registration
  • experience working on hospital wards (medical and/or surgical)
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
  • a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
