Job Description

Join our private client’s team as a Locum Pharmacist and support a leading homecare service in ensuring safe and effective medication management.

Job Responsibility

  • screen prescriptions for accuracy and safety
  • collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely medication supply
  • maintain accurate records in line with service standards
  • support operational efficiency in a fast-paced environment
  • liaise with patients, nurses, and logistics where required

Requirements

  • a current and valid GPhC registration
  • ideally, prior experience in homecare pharmacy (not essential)
  • experience working in a busy pharmacy or clinical environment
  • strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • the ability to work independently and under pressure
