GPhC-registered Pharmacist
Significant NHS hospital experience (Band 7 or 8a level)
Strong clinical knowledge across a variety of acute and general ward settings
Able to work independently and as part of a wider team
Full Monday to Friday availability

Job Responsibility

Deliver clinical pharmacy services to a range of inpatient wards
Conduct medicines reconciliation, clinical screening, and discharge planning
Liaise with multidisciplinary teams to support safe and effective prescribing
Ensure adherence to local formulary and NHS trust policies
Contribute to audits, training, and quality improvement initiatives
