Locum GP Pharmacist

Join our client’s team as a GP Pharmacist and make a tangible difference in patient care. In this role, you will manage repeat prescriptions and medication queries, support long-term condition reviews and medication optimisation, work alongside the wider clinical team to ensure safe prescribing, update and maintain accurate records in EMIS, and contribute to improving practice workflow and safety.
