Job Description:

Are you a Locum GP Pharmacist looking for a rewarding part time role in a supportive surgery setting? We have an exciting opportunity with excellent pay and flexibility! Join our client’s team as a GP Pharmacist and make a tangible difference in patient care.

Job Responsibility:

manage repeat prescriptions and medication queries
support long-term condition reviews and medication optimisation
work alongside the wider clinical team to ensure safe prescribing
update and maintain accurate records in EMIS
contribute to improving practice workflow and safety

Requirements:

strong EMIS experience
previous experience working in a GP surgery setting
excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
GPhC registration as a pharmacist
