A highly regarded law firm in North West London is seeking a Locum Commercial Property Solicitor to join their team on an 18-month maternity cover contract. This is a rare locum opportunity offering long-term stability and exposure to quality work in a friendly, professional environment.

Job Responsibility:

Manage a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, leases, and development work
Join a well-supported and experienced team with a strong client base

Requirements:

UK-qualified Solicitor ideally 4+ years PQE with solid experience in commercial property
Confident managing files independently
Able to hit the ground running within a busy team environment
