Job Description

Locum Advanced GI – Minnesota. Shift times- Primarily for 24 hour coverage including call, hospital service, and inpatient/outpatient procedures. Dates- 8/19-8/31 (Additional future dates will be available). EMR- EPIC. This position is for Advanced GI coverage (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Flex Sig, etc). The need is primarily for 24 hour coverage including call, hospital service, and inpatient/outpatient procedures. Locum coverage typically does not do clinic. The initial coverage need is for 8/19-8/31 with an orientation day or two prior to that; open to someone able to cover part of these dates. Additional future dates will be available for vacations though open to considering additional dates aside from that as well.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide 24 hour coverage including call, hospital service, and inpatient/outpatient procedures
  • Perform Advanced GI procedures (EGD, Colonoscopy, ERCP, EUS, Flex Sig, etc)
  • Orientation day or two prior to start

  • Doctor of Medicine (MD/DO)

  • Ability to provide 24 hour coverage including call, hospital service, and inpatient/outpatient procedures
  • EPIC experience
