Job Description:

Locum Acute Band 6 Physiotherapist role with flexible contract available in Sussex. Responsibilities include patient assessments, care plan development, and evidence-based treatments.

Job Responsibility:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments
Develop and implement personalised care plans
Provide evidence-based treatments to optimise patient outcomes
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for holistic care
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.

Requirements:

Current and valid HCPC registration
Experience in acute physiotherapy and working with a diverse range of medical conditions
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
