The Locker Attendant plays a key role in maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience within the spa and fitness locker facilities. This position is responsible for ensuring that locker rooms, changing areas, and relaxation spaces are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and presentation. The Locker Attendant supports the Spa & Wellness team by providing attentive service to guests, assisting with locker usage, replenishing amenities, and ensuring towels and supplies are readily available. By maintaining a welcoming and well-organized environment, the Locker Attendant contributes to creating a relaxing and luxurious spa experience that reflects the service excellence standards of Four Seasons.
Job Responsibility:
Maintaining the cleanliness, organization, and overall guest experience within the spa and fitness locker facilities
Ensuring that locker rooms, changing areas, and relaxation spaces are maintained to the highest standards of hygiene, comfort, and presentation
Supporting the Spa & Wellness team by providing attentive service to guests, assisting with locker usage, replenishing amenities, and ensuring towels and supplies are readily available
Maintaining a welcoming and well-organized environment
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous experience in spa operations, housekeeping, recreation, or hospitality is an advantage
Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards
Ability to maintain locker rooms, showers, and changing areas in pristine condition
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide courteous and professional service to guests
Ability to replenish towels, robes, toiletries, and spa amenities efficiently
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain organized facilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to handle guest requests promptly and professionally
Basic understanding of health and safety standards in spa or recreational facilities
Familiarity with luxury hospitality service standards is an advantage
Nice to have:
Previous experience in spa operations, housekeeping, recreation, or hospitality is an advantage
