Job Description:

Location Scout Lead role at Fever Originals team, using data and insights to create one-of-a-kind events and experiences. The role supports Project Managers and Producers in ensuring high-quality experiences are delivered, requiring flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget.

Job Responsibility:

  • Liaise with all Originals/Ops/Production teams and Project Managers
  • Be responsible for due diligence of base buildings
  • Source venues that coincide with Producer's concepts & designs
  • Conduct site visits & collate necessary documentation to assess feasibility
  • Ensure chosen venues are suitable from experiential and financial perspectives
  • Make sure design intent is correct and judge how design decisions affect budget and schedule
  • Contact venues and negotiate fees, lease agreements, and terms with venue owners
  • Obtain all fire, police, and other governmental permits
  • Coordinate logistics for production
  • Oversee venue-related issues across multiple large projects
  • Oversee standards for smaller events
  • Save CAPEX and OPEX by flagging issues early on
  • Develop playbooks to be passed onto production team
  • Develop real estate trackers and deal trackers
  • Oversee return of venue to original condition at end of project
  • Represent Fever at site visits, meetings, and local events

Requirements:

  • Track record in property or real estate negotiations, facilities management, or live event production management
  • Eye for details
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Strong networking and negotiation skills
  • Willingness to explore different cities to build venue portfolio
  • Previous experience closing and negotiating real estate contracts and/or live events production management
