In the UK, we work with a range of organisations who are involved in providing local services, underpinning the economies and communities we live in. These include Local Authorities, NHS Health Trusts and Integrated Care Systems, Universities as well as associated central government departments such as DfE, MHCLG and the DoH.
Job Responsibility:
Undertaking advisory work and running managed services in care technology
Helping Local Government with cost reduction and optimisation
Supporting Local Government with reform and reorganisation
Working with central government design and implement critical educational reform
Supporting Universities to develop their strategies, operating model and underpinning systems
Working with local organisations to respond to the devolution agenda and empowering local communities
Requirements:
Working to deliver tangible improvements and outcomes in local government (or associated organisations) in corporate, commercial or public facing roles
A strong grasp and enthusiasm for core themes in public service sector reform
Scoping, developing and delivering a variety of successful projects, working with a range of stakeholders
Presenting and communicating ideas persuasively and effectively to a range of audiences
Developing clear written presentations and reports which offer well evidenced conclusions and recommendations
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify and solve problems, and to make informed decisions
Confidence to work across multiple levels of an organisation, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and navigate challenging discussions
Strong interpersonal skills, enabling successful collaboration with stakeholders across all levels
A drive for personal and professional progression
An aptitude for delivering creative and ingenious solutions
