Job Description:

Take ownership of LoadUp’s digital storefronts across the country, driving local visibility and building a world-class reputation in every market we serve. The Local SEO & Reputation Lead will own LoadUp’s local search presence and reputation across Google Business Profiles (GBP) and other key platforms like Trustpilot, Yelp, Nextdoor, and Reddit. This role is hands-on and focused on ensuring every listing is accurate, optimized, and driving real results in local markets. This role also requires occasional travel (up to 40%) to support listing verification, location setup, and review logistics.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and Optimize Google Business Profiles: Create, verify, and manage Google Business Profiles across multiple locations
  • Own the logistics of setting up reviews for each market and ensuring a smooth process
  • Resolve listing issues such as duplicates, suspensions, and missing pages by working with Google support
  • Post promotions, local updates, and announcements to drive engagement
  • Local SEO & Location Content: Create localized content and promos to support market pages
  • Identify ranking opportunities in priority cities and act on them to increase visibility
  • Partner with the SEO and web teams to improve local search conversions
  • Reviews, Reputation, & Community Growth: Monitor and respond to Google and Trustpilot reviews consistently and professionally
  • Coordinate brand-building efforts across Yelp, Nextdoor, and Reddit
  • Build simple local influencer and community programs to boost brand credibility
  • Track Performance & Reporting: Track and report on key metrics: rankings, clicks, calls, and review growth
  • Provide regular updates on market performance and identify areas needing attention

Requirements:

  • 3+ years in Local SEO, GBP management, or multi-location marketing
  • Proficiency with local market tools (Whitespark, BrightLocal, Yext, or SEMRush Local)
  • Proven ability to resolve complex listing issues and navigate support workflows
  • Comfortable speaking with customers, partners, and platform support teams
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% for market launches and on-site setup support
  • A 'finish the job' mentality and the follow-through to fix difficult or multi-step issues
  • An Ownership-Minded Leader who takes responsibility for the brand’s local footprint without needing constant direction
  • A Solutions-Focused Professional who stays calm and organized when handling messy listing data or suspensions
  • A Clear Communicator who can represent the brand professionally in public review responses and private partner calls
  • A Detail-Oriented Expert who understands that accuracy across hundreds of locations is the key to local trust
What we offer:
  • Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance coverage
  • Flexible Spending Account (FSA) or Health Savings Account (HSA)
  • Generous Paid Time Off
  • 401(k) with 5% Company Match
  • Employee Recognition Program
  • Monthly Lifestyle Stipends
  • Referral Rewards Program
  • Growth with Purpose
  • Sick Days & Parental Leave
