Job Responsibility

Assess the impact of system implementations on existing local regulatory reporting processes
understand, document and represent the business requirements of local regulatory reporting on program/project level
interpret policies and guidelines, analyse data and processes
contribute to the design, roll-out and governance of the strategic tech solutions
prepare and execute test scripts for the solution developed
document new processes and prepare user guides for new systems and features
act as SME to senior stakeholders and other team members
appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made
exercise independence of judgement and autonomy
express a collaborative and motivating attitude to join forces with colleagues for excellent results

Requirements

4+ years of experience in financial or risk regulatory reporting or system implementation roles
University/College degree (in Finance/Accounting is an advantage but not a must and we are open to other majors)
Strong analytical and communication skills. Excellent verbal and written English
Excellent interpersonal skills, able to deal with a range of senior/junior staff across a number of disciplines
Familiarity with COREP, Basel3 regulations and capital markets
Knowledge of the software development lifecycle
Advanced MS Excel knowledge, familiarity with advanced data tools (e.g. Python, KNIME, etc.) is an advantage

Job Responsibility

Perform analysis of existing regulatory reporting processes and solutions
Understand requirements and challenges from reporting teams
Review and understand regulatory requirements for Basel3/CRR2
Raise data gaps and data accuracy issues using Citi’s IMR process
Perform data quality remediation activities
Prepare documentation of new processes and user guides for new systems and maintain these documents
Liaise with multiple departments at global, regional, and country levels at various levels of seniority to resolve issues
Provide support to CSC and country Finance teams on an ad-hoc basis
Support reporting team in testing processes
Support the work of the Financial Reporting Group Manager by executing further relevant tasks he/she allocates
