Job Description

We are seeking an experienced connectivity trading professional to support Vodafone Local Operating Companies by enabling the effective sale, ordering, and ongoing management of global connectivity products. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence across order fulfilment, billing accuracy, credit control, and revenue management, while driving margin optimisation and sustainable growth. Working closely with local and global stakeholders, the individual will provide commercial and product expertise within a fast-paced wholesale telecoms environment.

Job Responsibility

  • Act as a primary point of contact for Global Access connectivity products, supporting local markets across the sales, ordering, and service lifecycle
  • Manage end-to-end order fulfilment activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and service continuity
  • Oversee billing processes, proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring revenue assurance
  • Monitor and manage credit control activities, supporting risk mitigation and cash flow optimisation
  • Analyse margin and revenue performance, identifying opportunities to maximise profitability
  • Collaborate closely with local market teams to provide guidance on product capabilities, pricing structures, and commercial considerations
  • Support contract and commercial management activities, ensuring alignment with agreed terms
  • Deliver regular reporting and insights on billing accuracy, order performance, credit status, and competitive trends
  • Contribute to sales excellence and long-term margin optimisation initiatives within Connectivity

Requirements

  • Experienced professional with a background in wholesale telecoms, ideally within connectivity services for 7 years +
  • Knowledgeable in MPLS and IP Transit solutions within a carrier or wholesale environment
  • Confident in managing customer and stakeholder relationships across multiple markets
  • Skilled in communication, with the ability to explain complex products and commercial topics clearly
  • Analytical and detail-oriented, with experience in billing, revenue, and margin management
  • Motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working under pressure in a dynamic environment
  • Curious about customer outcomes and how connectivity solutions enable business success
  • Fluent in English
