Local Marketing Specialist

• Lead IKEA family strategy for recruitment, activation, retention and communication
• Working with family team and other functions to co-ordinate local member benefits and offers to attract new members and existing to visit more often
• Responsible for preparation and implementation of events, seminars, workshops based on IKEA FAMILY strategy, to coordinate and secure the whole process

• Strong passion for retail industry, especially for home furnishing industry
• Excellent cross-function communication skills
• Good data analysis abilities, capable of drawing conclusions from membership data and formulating action plans
• Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to quickly drive initiatives and deal with unexpected events
• Social media operation experience, especially in creating viral content or live streaming, are preferred
